Singularity, the leading Business Process Management (BPM) & Case Management company, today announced that they have signed a partnership agreement with Synergy Computer Solutions Inc, Michigan, U.S.
Synergy provides I.T. consulting services and will now be offering Singularity solutions as part of its suite of services.
The agreement was executed between Padraig Canavan, CEO of Singularity, and Jeff Petrusha, Vice President of Synergy.
Synergy provides business and I.T. professional services to Fortune 1000 companies across the U.S. and around the world and strives to offer its clients the best solutions to keep them at the top of their industries. The new partnership will enable Synergy to optimize its customers' current Microsoft solutions and increase their business process agility through rapid deployment of Singularity's BPM and Case Management solutions.
Together, Singularity and Synergy will provide companies with a means of achieving significant organizational gains through better management of processes. Singularity's flagship TotalAgility product provides capabilities for process design and simulation, workflow control for managing human tasks, integration tools for linking system activities to processes, and business rules. Bottom line benefits for clients will include lower business costs, increased efficiency, increased agility and adaptability, improved collaboration, ease-of-use, and increased transparency.
Singularity's BPM solutions have received favorable reviews from both Forrester Research and Gartner, Inc within the past year. In 2011 Singularity was complimented by Forrester Research, Inc. for demonstrating long-term commitment, vision and strong functionality in several critical Dynamic Case Management (DCM) areas. For this report, Forrester used a comprehensive set of case-management-specific evaluation criteria to compare the DCM solutions vendors and Singularity was ranked highly for its Current Offering.
